Body doubling is a scientifically-proven productivity hack: just having others around boosts focus and helps you tackle tasks. When we work solo but side by side, there’s this natural urge to sync up and keep going. Collective focus in action!

We work for 25 minutes, and focus on a single task. Then enjoy a five-minute break. After 3 bursts we take a bigger break of 15-30 minutes. A proven method since the ’80s! We take it online and work together to combine Pomodoro’s focus boost with the effect of body-doubling.

Body doubling and the Pomodoro Technique work together to sharpen focus. We amplify this with a short meditation in the morning specifically aimed at training your attention span.

We also offer personalized coaching and training to help you reach your goals. Effective work habits, structure, time management and more. We use proven techniques that are widely practiced and used by top performers.

I’m Deric, owner of Focus-modus. As a business coach and trainer, I’ve seen how finding practical daily structure can be quite a challenge—especially when you work a lot from home.
